Do I need to fast?
Optimize panel does not require fasting.
Longevity lab panel requires fasting.
When you book, we’ll confirm exactly what your visit includes and send simple instructions.
Am I locking myself into a big treatment package?
No. The assessment is your starting line. You’ll get labs, a clear explanation, and a 90-day roadmap. If you and your provider decide it makes sense to go deeper, you’ll see all options and pricing before you commit to anything.
Will I get lab results the same day?
Most all diagnostics and assessments are available immediately and reviewed by your provider and will be delivered with your 90-day plan.
Can I use HSA/FSA?
Many clients choose to use HSA/FSA funds for their assessment. Our concierge team can provide a receipt for you to submit based on your plan’s rules.
What happens after 90 days?
We re-check what matters every 30-days, compare progress to your baseline, and either: 1) continue optimizing, 2) shift into a maintenance plan, or 3) stop altogether if you’re where you want to be.
Is this experience private?
Yes. Alpha Refinery is designed as a discreet, appointment-only environment. From the lobby to the lab draw to your consultation room, the experience is built for privacy, efficiency, and respect for your time.
Am I required to start medication?
The assessment is about clarity first. Your provider will review all appropriate options with you—ranging from lifestyle and recovery changes to potential medical therapies—and you decide together what, if anything, is right for you.
How much does it cost if I decide to move forward?
After the assessment, ongoing plans typically range from $300–$1,200/month, depending on your goals, labs, and what you choose to include. You’ll see options clearly—no surprises.
